Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain products, such as software or downloadable items, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
